SHIPPING POLICY
Nationwide Shipping

Our teacakes ship beautifully, and we ship nationwide on Monday and Tuesday. During
the checkout process, you will have the option to choose Priority Mail, Ground, or
Express Mail shipping via USPS. Teacakes will not be shipped out or arrive over the
weekend. Based on the day and time of your order, we will ship them on the next
available shipping day to ensure the freshest possible delivery.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available only at our pop-up events. We love to see our ScratcHeads
face to face. So if you could ever attend one of our pop-up events, please pre-order by
email and pick up your fresh-baked teacakes.

Local Houston (Surrounding Areas) Delivery

Our trusty drivers deliver teacakes around the entire Houston area, Monday through
Wednesday. During checkout, you will be given a choice for your delivery window:
11:30am - 2:30pm or 2:30pm - 6:30pm. There is an additional fee of $10.00 for delivery.
